This two day course you can break down into 2 different days tailored to your schedule. Which will teach students a basic history of what Reiki is, the hand positions of Reiki, and the scared symbol of Reiki Level one. Reiki Level One allows a person to channel Reiki energy for healing oneself or others. It is considered the foundation of all three degrees and must first be mastered thoroughly before the person is considered for the next degree.
